missingWrote a review on Dec 03friendly staffunclean roomlong wait times
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately, my experience was marred by several issues. The first room I received was not cleaned properly, which triggered my allergies and made my stay uncomfortable. It was disheartening to realize that I had to complain repeatedly before being transferred to a slightly better room. only one elevator was functioning, causing long wait times that were quite frustrating.

Super chill location with excellent internet for my wife's online teaching! Our room had a refreshing view that made up for the hustle below, and the cleaning staff were a real treasure when we needed extra chairs. Cold AC was a big plus!
But seriously, the elevators could definitely use a wake-up call—waiting was a bit too much like a game of freeze tag! My patience almost matched my love for their cold AC!

I really enjoyed my stay with the comfy Deluxe Room and a lovely breakfast buffet that hit the spot! The indoor pool and spa provided perfect relaxation after a long day. The only thing was that the carpets could use a little freshening up, but overall it was a great experience! 😊

comfortable stay , but some minor issues
The breakfast had a delightful variety, and I especially appreciated the daily changes. The fitness center provided ample space and equipment, allowing me to maintain my routine. I loved having the city view from my room, which added a nice touch to the overall ambiance.
Unfortunately, wait times for the elevator were longer at peak hours.

missingWrote a review on Jun 05helpful staffcozy choicedelicious mealsslow elevator
Had a blast with friends! The staff were super helpful, especially with breakfast. We enjoyed delicious halal meals nearby and loved that we were close to popular spots. It's a cozy and affordable choice if you’re looking for comfort and good service. I'm definitely returning for more fun times!
One downside was that the elevator took quite a while, which was a bit annoying during peak times. If you’re on a tight schedule, plan your timing strategically.
